BOFI kommer här med det senaste från Löpargymnasiet!

Som sagt så närmar vi oss en första checkpoint av detta läsår på Rudbeck. Skolåret är nämligen indelat i tre, så kallade perioder, på den här skolan varav den första slutar strax efter höstlovet som ju börjar nästa vecka. För er som är intresserade av hur schemat ser ut för en typisk Löpargymnasieelev som går NV-programmet i period ett, har ni här mitt schema

IDH = Idrott och hälsa A

För övrigt har grundträningen dragit igång på allvar som bekant och i träningsväg så har bland annat årets första blötmossepass avverkats. En cirka 300m lång intervallslinga i tuff terräng (läs "meterdjup lerstig") som tar runt 2 minuter att genomföra plus minus ett tiotal sekunder beroende på hur morgontrött man är, då passet dessutom genomfördes klockan nio på morgonen, hur stor hemlängtan man har dessutom kan mängden SISU ha en viss inverkan på sluttiden ingen nämd ingen glömd.
